1. Dispatch & Delivery Times

Dispatch Time: Every item is made specifically for you. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days of the order being placed.

Delivery Estimate: We ship via Royal Mail. Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 2–4 business days to arrive.
Please note: Dispatch and delivery times are estimates. While we strive to meet these windows, delays may occur during busy periods or due to postal service disruptions.
2. Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate for postage and packaging to ensure your items arrive safely.

3. Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an eligible item (please see our Refund Policy for exclusions on earrings and custom orders):

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Deductions: If a return label is provided by us, the cost of the label will be deducted from your final refund.

Faulty Items: If an item is faulty or incorrect, House of Hone will cover all return postage costs.
4. Damaged or Lost Items
We take great care in packaging your orders, but if something goes wrong in transit, we are here to help.

If your item arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us at returns@houseofhone.com.

Damaged Items: Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and include photos of the packaging and the product so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items Notice
As a reminder, for hygiene and customisation reasons, earrings and made-to-order personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty.
